Based on work with client staff over the years, the one defining message we’ve received is their desire for leadership. Not the once in a lifetime crisis sort of leadership, but the everyday leadership that provides them with a sense that there is a clear direction, a plan, a way forward that is understood and being followed. A sense that their executives are looking after the business, the common good; that the right issues are being tackled, the right decisions made, for the right reasons - that both managing and leading are happening when they should.
Do You Measure up?
You’ve attended the course(s), you’ve read the books, you’ve heard the speeches - now what? Do you have the insights, the skills, the understanding of people to be seen as a natural leader? Do you know what to say and do, what behaviours, what actions are required? We do.

It’s a road of some challenges, experiential insights of the self and others, wake-up calls and defining moments of personal realisation, appreciation and quiet honesty.
It’s also about learning what works, what doesn’t, how and when to do it, how to deal with the politics and the cynicism - and how to be open and honest without appearing naive. It’s also not for everyone.
