We provide the options of workshop exercises or regular, live-project coaching services or a combination of both throughout the complete life-cycle of the project.
We can also provide an independent monitoring service where we assess the progress and health of projects based on the weekly reports, project board meeting reports and one day assessment exercises at regular, pre-agreed intervals.
